The Adonis Table here has lovely cross-slats running across the top and, again, is hand finished to the highest quality.
Mortice and tenon joints reinforced with teak dowels are used throughout for excellent durability with regular use indoors or out. All feet are also capped with toughened plastic for extra protection.
The chairs stack and the legs can be detached from the table for ease of storage when not in use …
Over time the teak will age to the lovely silver-grey colour that is so familiar and loved by so many.
The high oil content and dense grain in the high quality teak we use offer the ultimate natural protection against the vagaries of the UK weather all year round and mean that the likelihood of cracking or splitting very unlikely indeed.
The ageing process can be helped or removed entirely with the use of our Teak Care Products that are water based and very easy to use.
The use of teak oil is definitely not recommended – contrary to the advice given by many retailers.
