One of the best things about our whole range of backless benches is flexibility. They come in 6 different sizes meaning they can be fitted together to accommodate a range of spaces.
They are also hand-crafted from the finest quality teak to a very high specification with a super-smooth finish that’s splinter-free and incorporates a slightly contoured seat for maximum comfort.
The solid design is built to last a lifetime with hand cut mortice and tenon joints further reinforced with teak dowels for the strongest finish that doesn’t compromise the timber itself.
Can be combined with other sizes to fit any outdoor or indoor space …
With seven different options the possibilities are endless.
And teak, of course, is the best timber for outdoor use by far. The high oil content and dense nature that are natural qualities of teak ensure the wood is protected against the elements all year round.
This also means the bench won’t crack or split over time.
As the bench ages it will turn a lovely silver-grey colour naturally, this is particularly prominent in the high quality varieties that we use.
For cosmetic purposes the ageing can be removed by following our Teak Care Advice.
