Eco 1.5m Picnic Set

Made of purified, recycled plastic with steel reinforcements for added strength this picnic set looks realistic and is environmentally friendly at the same time.
It looks great in either a commercial or domestic setting and is designed with comfort in mind.
There’s a great attention to detail in the wood-effect of the finish with the grain depicted to great effect you would be forgiven if you mistook it for real wood.
It can be secured to the ground for added stability/security if required.
The corners of the table top are angled so there’s no sharp point to snag you as you walk by.
Virtually maintenance-free a quick wipe down every now and again keeps it looking fresh and new and it’s weatherproof as well.
The process …
Waste polyester is recycled and purified at the start to ensure a non-harmful, quality end product for you.
This is then mixed with colour pigment and UV stabilisers.
It is then fed into a detailed mould that replicates the look of real wood.
Imperfections are removed and the grain is depicted with more colour pigment added for realism.
The finished boards are secured to the sturdy X-Frame and it’s ready to be enjoyed by all.
The raw materials that we used for eco-friendly recycled plastic furniture are PE (Polyethylene) + PP ( Polypropylene).
They are 100% recyclable. Our products are made of 100% recycled plastics; and it contains NO wood powder.
