A genius invention – really practical but novel as well.
A more economical option than our FSC Certified models in terms of price and, in our opinion anyway, more attractive.
The responsibly sourced timber has a lovely golden shine to it and the lid has a slight curve which is both aesthetic and functional at the same time.
There is a pre-cut handle in the lid which may not be that obvious from the photos.
Functionality takes pride of place in the design with a supporting arm to keep the lid open and a steel chain with easy-release clip that attaches to the bin lid itself so both stay open at the same time for you – see the picture featured.
Delivered to you really quickly …
They do come flat-packed and so will need assembling but this is really straight forward to and very few tools are needed.
Steel locks are fitted to the swing doors on the front to keep them closed until you need to get the bin out or in. And there’s a chamfered section of timber running across the bottom of the opening which stops the bin rolling out if on a slope but also makes it easy to slide the bin in and out as well.
But most importantly they disguise those ugly Wheelie Bins!
