Elephant Table – Small

Hand made from Mango Hardwood that is reclaimed at the end of its useful, fruit bearing life to provide a unique, eco-friendly ornamental table.
The presence of spalting in Mango Hardwood gives it a two tone colour of reddish and yellowish brown – this adds character to our Small Elephant Table as well as further reinforcing the unique aspect.
Attention to detail …
The hand carving itself is super smooth and reflects the characteristics associated with an elephant brilliantly.
It’s only when you look closely that you notice other little details as well. The detail and texturing in the floppy ears the painting and texturing around the feet that brings them to life and the swirling grain in the table top that shows it’s carved from a single piece of wood.
The organic paint is used sparingly but to great effect as well.
The eyes are characteristic of a real elephants as well.
And then there’s the lovely mosaic effect carved round the side of the table top.
Perfect, just perfect!
