Spiral Time …
The exactness of the carved spirals is a wonder to behold particularly when you consider that it’s carved by hand.
Carved from a single piece of timber you can clearly see the rings of the grain highlighted on the table top.
The timber used is Mango Hardwood from Northern Thailand this has a unique appearance – the presence of Spalting in this wood gives it the two-tone kaleidoscopic colour and feel – and it is taken from mango trees that have reached the end of their fruit bearing life that would otherwise be destroyed.
Eco-friendly by nature …
Each and every one is unique so it may be that the table you receive does not look exactly like the one in the picture.
However the carving is replicated exactly across each one so the unique design remains consistent.
Perfect for showing off vases of flowers and ornaments …
Once the carving is complete these ornamental tables are kiln-dried to give them their super-smooth finish that looks great in both the golden-brown and yellow-tinged sections of the timber.
All tables have felt padding on the bottom and are delivered in robust boxes to keep them like new straight of the wagon.
