The inner diameter between the shaped uprights of the backrests is 835cm meaning the bench will fit round even the largest of trees with room to spare.
In fact, many people actually use the Tree Bench as an excuse to plant a tree that will grow into the size of the bench over time.
A perfect circle in two halves …
The unit is delivered in two, pre-assembled symmetrical halves which are bolted together round the base of your chosen tree.
Each half is constructed using mortice and tenon joints reinforced with teak dowels to ensure that long lasting appeal and robust quality.
The curved slats form an ever decreasing circle round the seating area that looks stunning and is slightly mesmerising at the same time.
Leave it to its own devices …
The beauty of teak is that it’s naturally protected against the elements due to its oily, dense nature that guards against cracking or splitting without the use of external products.
This also allows the teak to age naturally and turn the silver-grey colour that many people love about this timber.
